Trish Brant

Trish attended Art College in Kent, following School, but she is largely self taught as an artist.  Having always drawn, sketched and painted, in particular, portraits of family and friends, and peoples pets, it wasnt until later in life that Trish painted more fully, and joined a couple of local Art Societies. Finally, returning to Portsmouth area, she joined PHAS in 2001, and has exhibited every year since, with much success.  Trish says she learns all the time, and enjoys the Demonstration evenings that the Society hold each month, however, having a severely disabled husband, she finds it hard to fit it all in. But spends most of her spare time painting, saying, it keeps her sane!!  Her favourite subjects are of Wildlife, and mainly Big Cats, hence her nickname of "The Tiger Lady" given to her by members of PHAS!

Trish also joined Marwell Wildlife Art Society three years ago, and has exhibited there successfully too.  Trish uses most mediums but favours Acrylic and Pastels.

Trish is always ready for commissions and if you wish to contact her, please do, at "  "
