Thursday Art Group

Most weeks (in term time), a group of Society members meet to paint and draw, in any medium.  These sessions are held in Becket Hall, Cathedral House, 63-68 St Thomas's Street, Old Portsmouth, PO1 2HA (see below for map and image of Cathedral House).

Painting with others can provide the incentive to get started and to continue with painting. The environment also encourages sharing of information and ideas between members. Additionally, we have an excellent library of art books.

Sessions are held on Thursdays;  9:30am to 2:30pm.    Hot drinks and biscuits are available. 

These sessions will be free to members this year. Members can drop in at any time and stay for as long as they wish. 

For non-members, the first session will be free and then £5 per session thereafter.
